We ordered a Gas Log Fireplace from them and Our Builder installed the Insert. Light your Fire came out and Installed the Logs and Screens. Our Builder asked them to come out and repair a scratch on the Facing and there was texture all over screens. The employee came out and painted over the scratch in the Front with a different Color of Black paint. We now have a obvious area on the lower left side in the Front Facing of Our Fireplace that is a different Color and sheen. They are refusing to Fix their employees mistake. They are saying they can't satisfy us. All we ask is that they come back and fix their mistake. I will never recommend them to anyone. Poor Customer Service. We asked that the Owner call us, never heard from him. Do not do business with someone who refuses to stand behind their work.
