I am very impressed!!! They kept in touch with every step. They did all the work with car shield. Hopefully I won't have any more car problems in the future. But if I do, I'm bringing my car back to them.

Incompetent service...rude....They created more problems and charged me an outragous amount to get my truck back in an undriveable condition. I had to take my truck to a service place to repair the damage honest-one did, and then repair the original problem! All together it cost me triple what it should have!

Absolutely thrilled to discover this new auto repair business in Tyler. Had a problem with the chassis AC in my RV. With a long trip scheduled for the next day I was very disappointed to find that RV shops in the area either did not work on chassis problems or they were a week or more out on scheduling. We contacted Nathan at Honest 1 Auto and he had us on the road 4 hours later. While there we met the owner, Larry, and found him a delight to talk to.
