Took mine in for estimate was told it would be $15 and if I decided to let them repair it it would be applied to the cost of repair. Two days later they call and tell me a long list of what they did to it and said the total was almost what a new one would be. She was rude as could be told me it wasn't like it was $600. Never even apologized but was extremely defensive and rude. When I told her they were unethical she really got rude and then hung up. Personally, I wouldn't trust any repair they did. If you are that rude and unprofessional in one area, I'm sure it spills over into the rest of the business as well. Closest she came to admitting any wrong was to say, "we are a small business." Guess that helps her sleep at night.

This is a family of grifters. My experience says they are crooks. Be warned, enter at your own risk.

I have purchased a used lawn mower. It ran for about 10 minutes and quit. I took it back to have them look at it and they informed me "you must have put bad gas in it" and informed me they were sorry but it could not be fixed. I was out about $50; not a big loss. A year later I bought a used tiller. It had some gas in it so I did not add any. It ran for about 5 minutes. I returned it and was given the same story-bad gas. I never put gas in it. They didn't care. I was out $300.

Couldn't have been much worse. Dropped off a $7500 zero turn with about 150 hrs needing a simple oil gasket. Picked it up on 05-17-14, the motor immediately started making racket like it was coming to pieces. I inspected the motor, many bolts had not been replaced, the oil plug was so loose, i turned it four revolutions by hand. Several components had broken due to not being put back on correctly. Then noticed oil coming from the muffler. Took it to a real shop, They said hicks neglected to reinstall the oil pump, thus ruining the motor. So, i had a small oil leak, thanks to hicks, now i'm out 1500.00 for a motor. Everyone makes mistakes, but to leave out multiple crucial bolts and not hook the oil pump back up, that's just blatant incompetence, total lack of skill or concern. I wouldn't take them a $20 bicycle to repair. You've been warned.

Lady is always customer friendly, but everyone else are always short and rude. Parts are pricey but quality. I would rather deal with people that have a better attitude though.
