My truck keys were stolen at the gym (as well as my wallet), and I called another tow company for a tow back to my house; that tow company informed me they only had flat beds, and that could ruin my transmission. After waiting 45 minutes, and dealing with a rude driver, who never showed, I called Hi-Way Towing and they came with the right tow truck quickly. Not only that, I was parked in a very difficult spot to maneuver, and Mr. Turner was able to get my truck, take it to my house, and park it in my garage PERFECTLY. He was one of the nicest tow drivers I've ever met. He even helped me with getting someone to change my locks & saved me another tow trip to a Kilgore dealership the next day (and gave up $160 in the process). I would HIGHLY recommend his services, and cannot thank him enough for his kindness during such a stressful time!

I did not like the service I recieved at all. Everyone sounded indifferent, like they could care less about you.

The guy who came and got the car that night was alright but that rude lady at the front desk is the one I delt with the most. She was really awful!

I will never use them again. I'd rather pay a little more and talk to people who aren't rude, who sound like they care about their job and have their act together.

No stars. Old lady is rude & boasts she has worked there for 35 yrs. Time to retire when your customer service skills suck. Worst towing company ever. Call Crow. The guy I talked to there was SUPER nice & helpful.

My truck was stuck at a restaurant parking lot just waiting to be towed by the owners when I called this company. The man on the phone was very polite and said he would be there in 20 minutes. Well 10 minutes later he arrives and was very kind and let me sit in the cab to show him the right place to go. I will say it was the cheapest tow I have ever had to pay and amazing service. I would recommend them to anyone.

My vehicle was picked up promptly with courItsey, kindness, attention to detail all at the best price. As a single female without family in the area, I relied on Hi-way and was made # 1 priority. After prayers and seemingly inevitable nervous breakdown, Hi-Way Towing "saved the day". I will never use another service and recommend this company to everyone.

my car was towed by this company after a wreck, The police are the ones who called them.

They Damaged my car beyond repair when they bounced it off the tow truck. The roof was actually wrinkled

When I called to report this is was told sorry Charlie, we don't care. Further more the old lady on the phone was rude and nasty. When I told her that 3 people at the body shop saw the driver bounce the car off the flat bed, she replied, How do you expect us to get the car off. My car is heavily damaged and now I have to take them to court. Crooks of the worst kinds
