Bad experience! The shipment was late and the tracking # was only showing Electronic notification status. I sent several emails and called and got no not response. I placed the order on line on 1/29/14 and after I complaint to PayPal the status of tracking# changed as shipped on 2/7/14. This is what they replied through PayPal to me: Sometimes it takes USPS more than one day TO LOCATE THE PACKAGE AFTER WE CONTACT THEM TO TRACE A SHIPMENT. If you have a problem with the way USPS handles things you can contact the USPS Postmaster General and let him know what you think about their service. We shipped the package within 1-2 business days. We do not have any control over what happens to the package after USPS receives it. In the future, if you need products that we sell, please buy them from someone else. This is the third time that you have purchased from us and it is the third time that you have been a pain in the #$%$.
I did not pay to USPS! They did! and I did not have any problems with the two prevoius orders with them!
