This place is great!!! Even though the guy was busy with service work, he was more than happy to show me what l wanted to see. Well worth the 80 mile drive to get there from Crockett. It would be nice if every business was half as helpful and attentive. Now I know where to go for my bicycle needs. I'll be back.

Went to Elite Bicycle looking for a brake cable for my nephew's bicycle. I was greeted by Nate, who helped me evaluate exactly what I needed. He then procured what I needed from EB'S parts inventory. In less than 15 minutes I was in and out of EB with exactly what I needed, and at a fair and reasonable price. I will return to EB for my bicycle needs and would recommend them to anyone in the Tyler area.

Probably, this is the only bike shop to where I will buy spare parts. Majority are genuine. And that's what I love about this shop.
