Well here is my feedback. I had interior panel part on 2004 pontiac grand prix that was dysfunctional because plastic piece broke off and would not hold clip to keep it in place on interior trim. GM discontinued panel so I had two choices junk yard ( lots of luck) or somehow get plastic fixed. Had idea maybe be possible . Googled something close to wording , repair plastic part, and east texas collision popped up. Called them and they said bring it by. THEY DID IT. Somehow molded new plastic and old plastic with some metal and shezam it held clip and the original panel went back into place like nothing wrong ever happened. Here is kicker they must have realized I was desperate as wanted to keep car in as close to classic like condition as possible and would have paid $100 or more and would not have complained as pretty desperate. Unbelievable but they only charged me $20 and helped me put it back in. Looks perfect. In my book these guys are the tops, not only good at what they do, but also creative with coming up with solutions and more than fair on what they charge.

I had a bent radiator support that needed to be straightened, a front bumper that needed to be painted, a front lip I wanted to add on and there was an issue with the hood not closing properly. It took 5 days just like they said and everything was lined up and painted perfectly. I will definitely use them again.

I took my car in to get an estimate for a fitment issue with my rear tail lamp. After removing some parts and further inspection they found that my car had previously been in a wreck. They showed me all the areas where the bad repair work was done and showed me how to look for previous paint work. After showing me the "repairs" on my car and what it's suppose to look like on another car they had. They were able to fix all the issues and match & blend the paint perfectly. No problems with this place.

Terrible!!!!

Ok so here's my story. I rear ended a driver who suddenly turned with no signal. Left front of car smashed. Called and spoke with East Texas Auto Collision. Was told turn around approximately a week. Told them I was paying out of pocket for rental and needed ASAP. Well 2 weeks and a day later at 5 pm I finally get my car. I was lied to several times when I called to see when car would he ready. Was told next day they just had to clean inside of
car, then car had to be put back together, then part didn't for, etc. All in all wish I had used someone else. I do not recommend them at all.
