I meet an extraordinary bridal consultant by the name of Jewels. She was very professional with helping me setup my profile and appointment for the following day. Jewels went above and beyond because she came in on her day off to assist me. How many people do you know would do that? Jewels made my bridemaid and myself feel very important because focused on us in every way. We felt like we were on a field trip that's how much fun we had that day. It was a wonderful experience and a memorable moment for us. Jewels is what exceptional customer service is all about. Thanks Jewels for helping my soldier surprise me.
