I have bought parts from them the guys are always helpful and I've had maintenance done on my bikes there. The parts guys are friendly and know their stuff.

Was very happy with the staff. I am new to the motor sports world and they showed great patients and kindness as we pushed through some armature mistakes I was making regarding my maintenance on my dirtbike. would defiantly recommend a stop by if your in the area.

Horrible customer service. Do NOT utilize this business to buy anything or for service. We bought a go kart that is under warranty. They actually refused to fix it unless I took my negative review off of Facebook!!! How can someone do that? I said you do realize I will remove my negative review to have it fixed and then I will tell everyone that you FORCED me to remove my review before you would honor the warranty, correct? They sold us a lemon and refused to do a return. We paid $2400 for a machine that has worked for all of approx 3 hours. Buyer beware!!! Stay away! There are other reputable dealers with much better customer service. I'm in shock these people stay in business. But when you scam people for their hard earned money and refuse to give it back, I guess that makes sense. So very disappointed in myself for not properly researching before I made this purchase.

Quick fix today at Broadway Powersports on my Seadoo jet ski, problem with starting and turn on. Trey and group converged on it expertly to locate and fix a broken relay fuse. Thanks for great and persistent help

Very poor customer service

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely poor customer service!! I have a gravely lawn mower that needed new belt drive pulley assemblies. I brought the lawn mower to them to have them order the parts that I needed to repair it. THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS AFTER SPENDING 45 MINUTES LOOKING AT IT! They didn't even call me after 1 1/2 weeks to inform me the parts had arrived. I spent over 100.00 on one pulley. When I realized the wrong parts were ordered I brought them back for a refund and to reorder parts. I WAS CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE 25% FOR THEIR STUPIDITY!!!! I argued but they would not budge on the fee! I then spent the next hour walking them through which parts I needed and spent an additional 100.00. I WAS NEVER CALLED!! I went down to the dealership to get the parts.. Some washers were left out of the order-- which I specified I needed. It has been 3 weeks and no one has bothered to call to inform me the parts have arrived!!!!!!!

This place is unbelievable we paid cash for our fun 20,000.00 and are upgrades were put on someone else's machine we have brought it back going on three time now just to have our upgrades put on as they come in cause they had to order them :-/ very bad experience never again

WORST SERVICE EVER-LAUGHABLE

I should have known the fiasco I was embarking upon when I first called this store to ask if they had any tires for my Yamaha Riva and the parts desk had never heard of a Yamaha Riva. He found a tire and said he could order it. I later found that this dealership tried to cheat me, they lied to me, and noone even cared that I had been mistreated. I first contacted them on Wednesday, April 23, 2008, to see if they had a tire in stock. They didn't but I was assured that were I to order the tire that day then it would arrive by Friday because it would be coming out of Dallas. He required that I pay for it first! I called back with my credit card info and twice I was put on hold and asked to wait. (Perhaps this is typical) Parts was too busy to take my call so the receptionist asked if she could help. I told her the situation. I reitterated that the tire could be ordered today and still arrive by Friday. She said it would happen. I repeatedly made sure the tire would arrive Friday. I could have ordered the tire from an online distributor who guarantees next day delivery. I made sure they knew this. You'll get it by Friday. I was quoted "$20-$80 if we have to pull the tire ourselves". The price range was due to not knowing how much work would be required to remove the wheel. (This was a sign that perhaps their service department really didn't know what they were doing) "So if I take it off myself, then surely it will be cheaper than $20?" "Oh, I'm sure it would be much less." On Friday, I brought the wheel in. Parts told me that UPS had not run that day but it should come in by 12. I told him that when the tire arrived I'd need him to let service know so they could get it mounted. He said, well, I won't know until UPS runs if it will arrive today. At 1pm, I called and Jesse said the tire had not arrived. I asked him why, he said, I don't know why it's late, maybe you can check with UPS or just wait until it does come in. We'll let you know when it does. I wanted to know why so I asked for his manager. Enter Andy. I asked Andy why my tire was late. I was quoted Dallas/Friday. He said, "I place all the orders here and the Dallas location was out of that tire. I saw that Wisconsin had plenty of them so I ordered it from there and will be delivered on Tuesday." I asked, when was the tire ordered, Andy said it was ordered on Wednesday. I asked why wasn't I informed of this. I only ordered the part from them because they said they'd get it by Friday, they could mount it also, so I would have them order and mount the tire on Friday. Tuesday, no part. Andy tells me that UPS changed the shipping date to Wednesday. OK. Let's blame UPS. I got the tracking # from him to investigate. When I looked up the tracking # I found out that the part had not been shipped until the past Friday, April 25. I was pretty sure then that they had lied to me. On Wednesday, Jesse tells me that the part has still not arrived. He'll have to get with the vendor. He told me that the vendor did not ship it until A DAY after they ordered it. He didn't know that I had the tracking information and knew that the part had shipped on Friday. I suppose Andy lied to me after all. Jesse called me back in about 30 minutes to tell me he had found the tire in a box in the back. I asked him when it would get mounted. He said he wasnt' sure. Service had received alot of new jobs that day so they were pretty booked. I picked the tire up on Thursday and they wanted $35.00 TO MOUNT A TIRE ON A 10" SCOOTER WHEEL! You've got to be kidding me. Terry, the service manager said that that was their minimum service charge. I asked about the $20 quote if they were to do the work. THAT'S less than $20! He said, "I'll do it for $20 + tax!" NEVER do business with this company. I was lied to about the shipping date of the tire to begin with. I was told that the tire was ordered on Wednesday.
