The worst place I’ve ever had to be treated as not to mention the staff and the doctor the last saying is the complete disappointment to the health field

Dr. Foreman performed surgery on my knee for a meniscus tear. Post surgery I continued to have problems with the knee. A doctor in Dallas recommended that I have a bone scan to check for fractures. I requested this from Dr. Foreman and he refused to order the scan to verify this possibility of a fracture. He showed little concern that I was continuing to have these problems.

Eventually, my family physician ordered the scan and the results were in fact a fracture in my knee. I have been in a brace for 3 months. My pain could have been shortened by more concern from this doctor when I did not heal as promised. I would suggest a different doctor or the short drive to a Dallas doctor.

this was the worst experience I have ever had in a surgery. Dr Merrick was terrific but the staff is the worst staff I have ever witnessed in my life. They could care less about you they are rude and try and blame everything on the patient. I called for a tens unit said she would mail an order to me to fill and never received it and when I called about it she said it was up to me to get the doctor to approve one. I also said that I needed to do a urine test to get more pain meds and she again blamed me for not knowing that I needed to do a urine test., I would never go back to this clinic as long as I live.

I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! You have the "TOTAL PACKAGE" @ Azalea Orthopedic!

It's the absolute best place to be if you or a family member are in need of any kind of Ortopedic expertise. I just love Dr. Raabe, he is upfront and to the point. He is a fine Christian that will ask to pray with/for you before performing any surgeries on you. He is professional in every sense of the word! Azalea goes out of their way to employ nothing but the best when it comes to all their Dr's. and Nurses as well. I also use Dr. McNeil for all my chronic pain needs, and his assistant Melissa Cobb is very thorough. Sometimes, the Nurses get busy and forget to call you and remind you your appt. has been cancelled because you've been there for injections, which means you just may be waisting time and gas going from Mineola to Tyler. This is really the only negative thing I have to say, other than sometimes theNurses forget to return calls and you end up having to call them again the next day.
