I bought $260 of clothes here on July 1st. On that day I'd asked about their return policy and was told all I needed was my receipt. July 14th I had to return the clothes, I needed money. I had them, my receipt and the manager began the return. She made a call and took 20 minutes before she got back. First, a pair of pants I had had a bit of dog fur on them and she said "just this once" she'd take them back. Then, unknown to me a roach was in one of the bags I'd put the clothes in. Then she asked if I had tags. I said not on things I didn't foresee returning and on the receipt it said nothing about needing tags for a return. I told her we needed the money even to get gas to get home. She snarled her nose at me and said "Just the things I'm accepting I'm being really generous." Then she told me my refund could not be in cash since I'd paid with a card and it would take 24-72 hrs to be credited. If not for roadside assistance, we'd have been stranded for two 100+ degree days.
