I have a prepaid plan with AT&T, I've paid my May bill, I always pay on time, as it's on auto pay. I have a 6S Plus. I just returned from a vacation where my wife's phone steadily got a better signal than me, I rarely had a signal and she almost always had a signal. Her plan is with Verizon. We shopped and discovered we could have a joint plan for $10 less than what we were paying, plus get a better signal. We called and switched our service. AT&T locked my phone, my phone, I had it before I signed with AT&T. It was never on a pay plan, I paid cash for it. I've danced to their this policy and that for four days with NO PHONE. They claim I must have service with them for 6 months. I've had service with them for three years. EXPERTISE, they show less than 6 months, can't give less than one star., PROFESSIONALISM, I spent three days now on the phone begging to get MY phone unlocked. PROMPTNESS, you're looking at a three hours on hold, just to talk to an idiot that tell you they must follow policy. If I get my phone unlocked I'll never do business with AT&T ever again. Fellow Cell phone users, you don't want any part of AT&T, they have farmed out most of their Customer Service to BFE, all they can do is read from a book telling you what policy says.
