Love this place! The staff is always helpful, friendly, and professional. Everything is newly remodeled and they have a beautiful pool. Very reasonably priced and right in town. Less than two miles from both colleges. Friendly and quiet neighbors. I will definitely be renewing!

I am a graduate student at the UT Tyler.I am living in this apartment for 18 months.So far I felt very safe with my family in this apartment complex.Great apartment community! Leasing agent is very friendly and helpful.The maintenance staff are wonderful, and always prompt and polite.I have one bedroom with affordable UT Tyler discount rent.The large walk in closet is really nice.Apartments are at a great price point for students! Location is not too far from places of interest in Tyler too!.They have monthly early bird special prizes.I got early bird winner prize two different time. First time I won

$ 500 cash and I also won $ 200 cash this month.They announced two winners this month, first winner received $ 500 cash and second winner received $200.Wow... great offers are going on.We never get these excellent offers in other apartments.I love the apartment! no complains here, just a lovely place to live****.

I just moved here and this place is awesome. Close to school. The manager is the best. I can afford it on my student budget. i would tell anyone to live here.

I love it here. everyone is really friendly. the people in the office seem to care about everyone and property. its in a great location to get to everywhere i need to go.
