WARNING: WARNING: If I could rate this store with a minus number of stars, I would do it. Anyone who is reading this, and thinking of buying anything from Ashley furniture store in Tyler, STOP! Do not subject yourself to the frustrations, lies, and deceptive business practices of this store. There are several similar comments regarding the total lack of customer service, honestly and accountability of this store, so read them all before you even walk in the doors. My story is similar. I purchased two bookcases on June 7th and was told by salesperson that is would be two to three weeks for delivery. His attitude was here they are, here is the price, take it or leave it. He would not sell me the items on the showroom floor. When we wrote up the sales slip, he wrote 3 to 4 weeks on the slip. OK, I should have walked out before it paid for them but I really liked them. Four weeks later when I called (because no one has called me, ever during this process), they indicated they woul
