Be very careful looking at these apartments. They seem great from the outside, but are a nightmare. CURRENTLY I'm dealing with water that floods into my apartment every time it rains(its been over several months). First day I met the "new" maintenance guy(Steven), IN MY HOUSE, before introducing himself or asking what the problem was, He walked up to me chest out, and in a stern/threatening voice said "I don't appreciate the way you were talking to Meagan(works in office)" I was dumbfounded, cause I had just been in there complaining, I may had been a little sarcastic and annoyed. Turned out he had mistaken me for someone else complaining about issues earlier and apologized. I only share this story to show the professionalism of there maintenance staff lead(Steven). I've tried several times to get the corporate number in hopes of talking to someone that might be able to help, they say they are not allowed. I could easily continue, but fear the point would be lost in the complaints. I've had countless issues while staying here and wouldn't want anyone making the same mistake i made. STAY AWAY
