AMERICAS TAX OFFICE IS A JOKE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I PAID FRANCHISE FEES, ADVERTISEMENTS AND SIGNS FOR NOTHING. I NEVER GOT TRAINED NOR DID I RECEIVE THE THINGS THEY PROMISED. THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS A JOKE AND NEVER HAVE ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS. I COULD NEVER GET A HOLD WITH ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT OR THAT COULD SOLVE MY ISSUES. THEY ALSO HAVE HIDDEN FEES THAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT UNTIL YOU DISCOVER THEM BY YOURSELF. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!
