This Taxi Company I must say is one of the best! They have 2 different styles of cars to accommodate everyone! The drivers are nice & the cars are always kept clean! Overall this company I would use everyday if needed.

I have been in taxi's all over the place. So when I give you my review it's based on experience. I enjoyed riding in there new mv-1's they are called. Driver was very nice and clean. I didn't have to wait any longer here for a taxi as any other city.

This place is awful when it comes to being punctual! You set a time you expect them to be there.. nope! You might as well walk! Plus the the people who answer the phones are rude as hell!

My driver was polite. They were a little late picking me up, but I planned for that. I understand that if the drivers aren't moving they don"t get paid. so no need to schedule a ton of guys to sit around and do nothing. since i planned ahead I got where I was going on time. :)

American Cab Co: Their cabs are in bad interior repair & extremely unclean emitting very offensive odors. They apparently do not have a hygiene requirement for their drivers. Only if you absolutely have no other way to go would I even remotely suggest this company. Bring lots of hand sanitizer and something clean to shield you from the seats. My recommendation is the public bus system.

I called 7:00 in the morning for a pick-up at 8:30. They never called me to tell me that they could not make at 8:30. I called a couple of times and they said that they were sending a cab out right away.....never showed. I had to reschedule my doctor's appointment due to thier unprofessional ethic.

This Cab Co has to be one of the WORST taxi co. EVER!!! I wouldn't suggest anyone to use this taxi service if in Tyler,Texas. The owner (jalal) seems not to care about good customer service, safety of his customers and of the bad job performances by his employees. Despite any complaints or reports made by a customer on an employee, the owner doesnt care to handle the issues properly. His concern is on making money, not on providing good customer service,good employees and good drivers. Some of the dispatchers are rude esp one in paticular named jo. Same goes for a few of the drivers, they are rude and act as if they can't drive. I almost came close to being seriously hurt or even killed while being transported in a cab all because the driver didnt stop at the stop sign. The driver claimed to be day dreaming like WTF! After something so serious happening like that to a customer by one of his employees, the owner did nothing about it. The same driver who ran the stop sign & who couldve killed me was still allowed behind the wheel of a cab to drive people around. This cab co. sucks big time
