After seeing the crazy good reviews on Google, I was excited about getting our Jeep fixed the right way. Unfortunately, the complete opposite occurred.

3/17: I dropped off our Jeep to fix hard-starting, dying at idle, washer pump and slight burning smell.
3/19: They called to authorize work (new fuel pump) and I agreed.
3/20: They called to authorize work (slight oil drip from valve cover that was causing the burning smell) and I agreed.
3/21: Picked up Jeep and paid $1144.
- In their lot, it took 3 times to start.
- I noticed a "whining". The mechanic said it's the new fuel pump and should go away after a day or two.
- When I got home, smoke was coming out of the engine area and oil was leaking all over the driveway.
- I asked them to send a tow truck as I was not comfortable driving it 30 miles.
- I asked them to replace that fuel pump due to the whining and they agreed (on warranty).
4/9: Attempted to pick up Jeep
- In their lot, it took 2 times to start.
- The fuel pump was still whining. The mechanic agreed and said it would take about 3 hours.
- I asked them to drive the Jeep to our house when completed. They agreed.
- On their way, the mechanic called and said smoke is still coming from the engine area, so he'll have their "lead tech" fix it right first thing in the morning.
4/10: They called and said they were short-handed and would not be able to drive the Jeep to our house.
- I explained I had no way of picking it up, so the owner (Chris) said he would call at 3p and let me know.
- At 5:30p, the receptionist (Cat) called and said someone would bring the Jeep first thing in the morning.
4/11: They drove the Jeep to our house.
- It still has a slight burning smell.
- The fuel pump still whines.

The only explanation for the high reviews is a sign on their desk: 1/2 off your next oil change for a review on Google.

Stay away from this place. I've heard Jimmy Brown's does excellent work, so that's where I'm going.

I'VE BEEN GOING TO THIS SHOP FOR YEARS, AND IT TRULY BROKE MY HEART THIS TIME, WHEN THEY GOT A HOLD OF MY BMW. I PAID THEM $2700 within a couple of weeks time TO FIX some problems with my car and nothing to show for it. My spark plug light is still on and others as well. They don't specialize in foreign car because one the guys at their other shop on 155 told me that the guys on old troup hwy don't know what they are doing when it comes to foreign cars and there diagnostic machine has been messing up peoples foreign car because they had a lot at their shop trying to fix there mistakes. They sent me over on 155 after telling me they have the slighted idea too why my air bag lights was on. The mechanics hooked a machine to my car again and said its something with my coolant system which they were paid to repair and my teering column and break system. My car was in their shop for almost a month before they sent it to BMW and I prayed about because they didn't want to fix what they have done and didn't do. They took it to BMW and BMW called me telling me i had an oil leak, and the machine could have knocked my airbag sensorout, but the owner said they were telling him something different. The owner of alltune said he was sorry and said he was getting my car detailed and he had my car alignment done after a few more days of having it, I picked it up yesterday and it was filthy. There oily hand prints was all over my door panel and carpet. Y'all have truly lost a loyal customer. I will let God handle this in his own time and fashion. The receptionist CAT, is truyly an awesome lady, and I will miss you. Chris said he have paperwork but when I ask the receptionist for paperwork she said it was none. Chris is a crook that needs to be fired. He make the whole shop look bad. Chris goes to say on one of my reviews that o can't afford my repairs on my car, what kind of customer service is that to be a manager over the shop.

Great company and a company I can trust. This is a company I can recommend with confidence! They took care of me and my Cadillac. It was less than I expected it to be.

Cheapest in town! Always polite and fast and efficient. Won't go anywhere else in Tyler! They are a must try :)

Great place and great costumer service. Chris and his staff are very polite and very helpful! The prices are very reasonable too . Definitely recommend this this place !

Seriously the best service anyone can get,had a few problems no one could figure out they fixed it like new,great timing great service and great prices for their services.love it,I'll never take my truck any where else
