"All Bills Paid and Furnished!" offers Fully Furnished Apartments rentals on a Month to Month basis for the same price as the Standard lease. Our units are "Stocked.....and ready to Go!" with everything from bed and bath linens to cookware, toiletries and cleaning supplies. After your first 30 days, we require only 10 days notice to vacate. When you have moved completely out and returned our keys, we will inspect the unit and refund your security deposit RIGHT THEN,.....not thirty days later by mail.
