I had probably the worst move of my life. I was charged extra, and the people who were supposed to mark boxes did not. My light colored sofas and love seats now sit against a dirty storage wall. The boxes are not labeled. I can find nothing. My clothes were supposed to be with me and I have none of those!!! Not only that, my tolietries were not marked and I have had to re-buy cleansing creams, make up. I could have had my brother and friends move me for free-- or I could have paid them good money for a move twice as good as this. If you go with this company, get a contract. Meet the owner. My phone calls are not answered now.

I also had things broken--I am abhored to think this happened in such a nice town like Tyler.

DANGER DANAGER WILL ROBINSON! If I could give ZERO stars to this group I would ! A-1 Left us hanging at Storage Unit after we pulled everything out. Had one problem after another from their truck flat tire, till waiting on their 'Dad' to come change it. No communication, stood us up. Save yourself a lot of frustration and pick another company. Luckily we had a back up plan so we foiled their little game. Oh yeah, they have a reputation among other movers for this. We've ALL reported them to BBB. and Texas AG for fraud. BEWARE!
