I would not recommend Ohio Academy to anyone because first of all as students the school charges full price to the customers with out tipping unless you have cash for the student. Other beauty schools allow you to pay the student what you feel the service was worth, that is their money, not the schools money. I had no problem with my hair cut, however the teacher seemed to have an issue with the student. She approached one customer took a look at the hair cut, asked her if she was happy.. the customer said yes, the teacher walked away. The teacher came over after my hair cut that I had no problems with, did not ask me about how I wanted my hair cut, took the scissors, went over the hair cut, with out my consent. If I was happy as the girl sitting next to me was then why would it not be the same for me? The teacher should really take a good look at her own hair as a teacher, maybe she should go back to school. It wasn't worth 45.00 that I don't have... I can pay the same price for trained professionals already qualified to do their job...
