I went there about a year ago to donate a huge car load of clothes after a friends mom passed away, and had lots left behind. The guys came right out to help carry it all in, and they were very friendly. They wrote me a ticket just in case i wanted to write it off for taxes. i hadn't even thought of that since it wasn't my intention. The woman in charge was very sweet. I liked them so much, that i am taking a huge box of great coats that i took up donations for at Christmas at my own business. i know they will put them to good use! -Stephanie Stricklen (owner of Sassy's Bar and Grille in Twinsburg)
