Good service over the year.

The guys have always been friendly and helpful. Always willing to answer any question and don't make you feel bad for asking it. The actual treatments they perform work great as well. We used to get ants and other bugs finding their way in. Ever since we got aptive there was one occasion where we still found a few bugs in the house and they came out for a re-treatment at no extra cost.

Jason did a thorough job & was extremely helpful in answering my questions & explaining how the various treatments work.

Michael serviced our home today. He is very pleasant to speak with. He explained what he was going to do & did it well

I was very satisfied with the explanation of what would be done @my residence, Tim talked me into the service ,I give him 10 👍 up ,very smooth and very nice .and than the actual person who did my house came@1:00 yesterday ,was also very nice ,and explained in details .I have no complaints ,both did what they were supposed too ,Thank y'all for everything

Extremely friendly and easy going. He was more than happy to listen to my concerns and handle an extra spot. Also did not skimp on the treatment. My spider problem is non-existent now.

The two technicians were very knowledgable about the products. She need a thorough job. We will see how it is effective in time.

Greatly appreciate the service provided by Gerges. He asked the list of issues patiently and addressed all of them professionally. He went above and beyond to service my driveway and garage as well. I am very impressed with the customer focus attitude and service excellence.

Mark S, Amherst, Oh.- Today's Service Pro was Gerges E. Upon arrival he explained the service to be provided, asked to see the area and if we had any concerns. We have strawberry and vegetable plants near a portion of the area to be serviced. Gerges contacted his supervisor to ensure performing the correct practice, and was given guidelines as to the distance to keep the chemicals away from these plants. I respect that he took the initiative to contact his supervisor for additional direction. During the entire visit he was professional/courteous/respectful, which is greatly appreciated.

Shane, the service technician, arrived promptly, introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He answered my questions and showed me the bait trap he was going to set for mice and explained how it works. Very polite and is a good representative for his company.

i have nothing but good things to say. a salesmen approached my door and was very kind, considerate, knowledgeable and pleasant. they even completed my first treatment on the spot. i really look forward to starting a new relationship with aptive.

Mike, the Service Pro, arrived at the door on time, explained what he was going to do, and asked if there were any additional concerns I had. I asked for some mice traps to be placed in our garage and he took care of that as well. Definitely a professional.

Paul K. was polite and attentive to detail. He did a fine job targeting the areas where I have reported seeing bees and the general foundation spray, while avoiding direct application to my tomato plants growing against the house.

Today Shane M. was our serviceman and he was great! I asked him about different areas of concern where I saw activity and he took care of EVERYTHING I brought up. I feel that he did a superb job on getting the done right!
