The best thing about Richter's is their location. If you are near Twin Lakes it is the place to shop in grocery stores. I easily went there ten times as my wife and I looked for a home in the area. I spoke to many of the workers and they were nice and engaging. I thought their selection of items was great. Have you ever owned a business? If so, it would be nice to ask to see the manager. Then state your experience with other stores, locations,etc and ask for improvements to the staff, pricing etc. If none are made,then maybe give them a poor review. I find that many adults do not know how to complain or request improvements. You'd be surprise to see what you can do. I find it seems it's easy to complain from afar. Please have the guts to talked to the Manager or call corporate to give exact details of your unhappiness! Many Thanks Mark S.

Since Senty has become Richters the meat,and produce quality is not good. I was a Sentry shopper for years, but no more. Produce looks old, and meat is tuff. Will be shopping at the Pig or pic n save.
