I've always laughed at people eating elephant ears or buying a spa at the fair. I couldn't stop myself this year from finally visiting with the manager from Snake River Pool and Spa, Bo. In short, the spas sold at the fair get $1000 worth of extras free. Since buying the spa we have been amazed at the post purchase service. Always professional and know the answer to any spa related questions. Maybe next year I'll try an elephant ear. Mike and Brenda Felton

My wife and I went to Snake River Pool and Spa to purchased a hot tub and met Paul. About as easy going and professional as you can get. We wound up getting the tub we wanted and he made it so easy. We couldn't be happier with the entire staff and the tub. It is just what we wanted. I would recommend doing business with them. From the first time walking in the store to the crew delivering the tub was great service!

Being a member of the 90+ yrs old Club ? I love to rest my body daily in our Hot Tub. The water therapy has enhanced my quality of health and made getting around after two hip injuries and other broken bones an ease. What a wonderful product to have in my backyard for my daily routine. Thank you to Bob Davis, our salesman from Snake River Pool & Spa of Twin Falls, Idaho. Bob is a caring & a wonderful person to deal with. He listened to our wants and needs then matched us with the perfect Hot Springs spa. Bob continues to greet us when we return for supplies and care products. Bob treats us as "real valued customers" every time we visit the store. on tuesday the 6th of nov. i went into s.n.p.&s to ask advice on a problem i had with my hot tub. i passed a fellow who was on his way out, obviously on an errand of importance. this fellow immediately reversed course and asked if he could help me with anything. When i explained my problem he was very quick to provide the solution. He then went the extra step to help with a loaner sump pump, Then after he saw i was taken care of, he went back to his errand. I was very impressed with his customer relations. I later found out his name is Brent Sterner. Thanks Brent for the good work.
