Very pleased with my service at AT&T, our business has been with them for several years and they have always been attentive to our needs. If there is every a problem then it is quickly resolved. Would highly recommend them. Thanks for the great customer service, especially Travis, Melissa, Bram and Cindy!!

Was previously a fan of AT&T Wireless but after the latest episode with Velda, I have now changed directions. Went in to have phones switched, did not want to lose the "Unlimited Data Plan" on one of my phones and she assured me that this would not happen when they were switched. She then changed her story and said that she warned me several times to her management. I understand they are attempting to get people off the Unlimited Data Plans because they make more money the other way but this was just deceptive and for Velda to outright lie and say that she warned me is horrible.
