I am very disappointed in the treatment we recieved from Home Charm Carpet and Flooring. After we told the owner the room dimensions, our flooring was a foot short. On top of the owner's mistake, in order to get the correct size flooring we had to pay another $150. If we had not already prepaid for the flooring, we would have cancled our order then. Once we recieved the correct size the installers did a very poor job installing our floor. The seam between the carpet and the floor is very sloppy and still has a sharp edge where they cut it too short. There is also a slit in the flooring where they accidently cut it by the seam. They also splattered glue all over our walls and did not bother to clean it up. One installer decided to use our restroom without permission and made a complete mess that I had to clean up as well. Their conduct was unprofessional and the owner blamed us for her mistake. Her parting comment to me was, "I've been in business for years, and there is nothing you can do to me". Please let them know you have read my review and are not going to do business with them.
