Got a phone call today from the service department to tell me they would not honor the extended warranty on my 2015 Tahoe because it didn’t come from them. I literally live right next door to this dealership, and you’re going to tell me you won’t work on my Tahoe because I didn’t purchase my extended warranty from you?? Cmon now!! Also they won’t put brake parts on that you did not get from them. Needless to say...when I am in the market for a new GM vehicle I will not be purchasing from these guys.
