This is by far the BEST salon in our area! They have Bare Minerals Make up! and they also now carry Pureology hair products! I was recommended to this salon by a person in a local store and have been back several times! I feel they offer the most up to date products and the best service in the AREA! You are the number one priority at Head to Toe. They devote their time making you feel the best they can. I love my hair cut and color...it's exactly what I wanted. Saw 4 other people today who had their hair done there and they looked fantastic, too. You can just about tell the difference in quality between salons...by looking at the persons hair. I knew when I asked where they got their hair done they'd say Head to Toe in Tunkhannock. The pricing is reasonable as well for the exceptional quality. In the city they would be charging much more for lesser service...and even products including a line of gorgeous purses. Highly recommended. There have are quite a few girls there that have been there for quite awhile and I know will stay, who have the say ideals and values as the owner herself...making sure that you leave feeling much better than when you walked in. Worth the drive from any bigger city for a stressfree experience.

Beautiful salon, good prices & selection. Offers a lot of services. Only issue is with the revolving, inconsistent staffing. One week you get one person, next appointment she has left and you get someone else.
