This was our first time using a moving company and I will never go back to doing it on my own. It was so simple to have them come out, let me know how much it was going to be, then pack and move all my stuff to my new place. I just sat back and let it happen.

Movers were late, complained during move, asked for money to move furniture destroyed by them to the dump. Didnt complain, because thats not me. Learned my lesson. Have allowed them to store my washer and dryer for $20 a month, paid months in advance and was later told i owed all those months for non payment, although i never recieved a bill. All that was eventually cleared up and i find out they are attempting to bill me at a previous address from 10+ years ago now even though they have my current address in all the paperwork. absolutely horrible company.

On September 25th, 2009 I scheduled a large piece only move with Olympic Moving. The journey started long before that though. I was 8 months pregnant and my husband had just left for his 4th tour to Iraq, with an upcoming move my hands were tied in regards to the level of effectiveness I would be able to contribute.I called several moving companies and received awful quotes, lazy attitudes and no customer service. Even military referral companies were unwilling to help me out with the type of move that I required.When I called Olympic Moving, the lady on the phone was pleasant, helpful, courteous and willing to accommodate the special circumstances required in my move.On the day of the move I received a call from Vince, whose courteous telephone skills made a less than easy day have a spot of hope. I was a bit nervous about our "cross town move", but Olympic Moving & Storage showed up on time and finished the job in only a couple of hours and under bid!
