My family and I have rented 2 homes through Capitol Properties The Blyle Team and have had no issues during the move in or move out process. We followed the move out instructions upon vacating one home and were refunded our security deposit.We still reside in the 2nd home. From viewing the home, signing the lease and performing the move out, everything went smoothly. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. If ever an issue arises we are able to submit a work order that gets acknowledged and scheduled for completion quickly. I have worked with each member of the team and have never encountered an issue with any of the employees. They are all kind,courteous knowledgeable and there to help when needed. I would highly recommend using them as property managers as a renter OR homeowner.

Capital Properties offers a wide range of Real Estate needs. After renting out our home with them for many years we decided it was time to sell. They pointed us in the right path to make sure our home was buyer ready and presented well. Cindy put on a great Brokers Open and a Open House for the Public. We had a lot of traffic come through that sold our house at top market value. We were so happy with the effort she put forth.
It was a very smooth process working with Cindy and associates I would highly recommend her as a Property Manager and Real Estate Agent.

Interesting to see from the previous review that they are equally as bad from a homeowner perspective. From a rental perspective - AWFUL! Cindy was SO rude from day 1. The only reason we still went with the property was b/c we loved the house. Throughout renting, she was still extremely rude and we were lied to repeatedly. Then when it came time to move out - WATCH OUT! She tries to nickle and dime you for absolutely everything. Don't ever expect to get your deposit back at all! Do yourself a favor and just avoid the blyle's.

Thats an interesting comment. Yes, I am the property manager but my husband is not doing any repairs for he is working full time at Ft Lewis. It is also odd that I am hired to manage a property and try to take care of proplems prior to them arrising. Yes there was caulk put around a sink to prevent water penetration and leaks!! And yes we installed weather stripping around a garage door. If we are such poor property managers why are we still managing this paticular property???

Best rental company I have rented from. Concerns and repairs are taken care of ASAP. Easy to talk to. Very complete walk through papers (not the one sheet tiny print that leave no room to write anything). I had been with a rental company for 7 years that was just awful and I just thought that is how it was and had to deal with lots of repairs that got porly done or never done. Switching to re max was the best thing I ever did for my families health and happiness. Remax cares.

We own a property and we have re/max parkside managing it...We get a lot of charges. The tenant didn't turn on the pilot light to the fireplace and owner had to pay for it!!! She also ad her husband do 'contract' work which is supposed to 'save' money, but it is for charges that are not legitimate. Such as a service call with no repairs needed...for molding around a garage and a sink where no leak can be found...just to name a few!!!! I say just watch who you pick to manage your property, because they might cost you more money than you should be spending. The propery manager is hired to work for you, the owner, to ensure the property is being looked out for. Not to do everything the tenant wants. If the tenant wants everything they can buy their own house!!!Good luck!!!!
