If I could I would give them zero stars. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. It all started when all I wanted was for them to top off the tank more then twice a year so I would not get slammed with a 300 bill when ever they felt like filling up the tank, or fill it up the same times every year. They could not do that after calling multiple times. So I canceled, told them to come and get the tank - they didn't. Called again multiple times again, Fast forward 10 months later they came and FILLED UP THE TANK, and charged me!!!! Then I had to fight for my refund. DO NOT USE THEM.

After calling numerous times and never reaching a live body, we did receive a propane delivery. I had not been contacted, so I had not been given a price quote. Imagine my surprise when I find the ticket listing the price at $4.19 per gallon. In trying to call to complain, I still cannot reach a live body.

I have called them twice for a quote and each time I am put on hold for upwards of 5 minutes without any explanation. Apparently they do not want new customers, or they can not handle customer service. Either way, I would not touch them. Terrible servce.
