I really appreciated Dr. Heinz. She is sweet, intelligent and her love for animals is very evident. My dog is okay now and I am very glad I did not wait to bring him in! Thank you all.

Dr. Heinz and the staff were very professional and informative, as they have been in previous visits. I would not hesitate to recommend Woodland West Animal Hospital to anyone! In the even that we need veterinary services again, we will definitely be going back to Woodland West.

My pets really aren't that upset when I take them here, the staff is very friendly, and my dogs actually run up to the tech instead of hide, thank you!

You guys are great, I know Duke is having fun and getting a good workout when he is here. Only reason why I gave this place 4 stars was because last week when I went to pick up my dog, another dog had just piddled on the floor and I almost slipped in it, but hey I know we all have accidents. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Great facility, very clean and the staff is really nice and helpful, I have found my new Vet! .

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I was able to come in at the last minute because my dog got hurt, I was worried because i didn't see what he did to himself. The staff was amazing, helpful and the follow up call showed they cared. I was able to get the xrays that day to see if he broke anything but he didn't thank god. This will be my new vet for my dog, will refer him to people I know. Big-Big thanks to everyone at Woodland West!!!

I love Woodland West, I took my retriever there to get groomed and they really took their time and were very gentle with him. When I called to make another appointment, they looked up my information and knew that my dog needed special attention and they had all the correct info. When my dog came home, he was very happy and not nervous or scared. He smells good and looks great. It is so worth it! I trust them with my dog and he likes the staff which is good!

I'm a huge fan of Woodland West, its a great location extremely convenient for me and the facility is well maintained and very inviting. The staff is one of the nicest and most caring offices I have every been to. They took there time to listen to what you have to say and when it comes to treatment for illness or exams they actually gives you options as apposed to giving you a list of treatments, pill, x-rays etc., that your pet "must have". Pets can be very expensive so it's nice to know that there are Vet's out there that will give you honest and realistic treatment options. Thanks Woodland!
