They will promise to do repairs seven months later they still won't do any of them. When you try to move they will lie to potential landlords even if you have proof that you've never paid late they will say you have. They don't want you to move because they know they won't be able to rent your unit until they bring your apartment up to code and they'll lose rent for months. When you get sick of them not doing repairs and you fix it yourself after eighteen months they won't reimburse you for the materials. Do not rent from them the manager Howard is a lying scum. Everything you do keep a paper trail of or they'll try and say they never gave you permission. Instead of clearing up mold in the carpets or holes in the walls or roaches they spend needless money doing cosmetic repairs. Instead of renting to new good tenants they rent to hoodlums that drink outside all day. They will make up rules that aren't in your lease and then blame you for not following them.
