This is a local place close to home with a decent atmosphere. They do not have outdoor seating but they do have upper levels which makes it kind of cool to explore a little. However, this is not one of my favorite places on Cherry Street. The bar is clean and does have some games on the upper levels but there aren't a lot of people who hang out up there. Everyone normally stays on the lower level of this bar in the booths or at the bar itself. The bar area is nice, clean and polished looking and they have TV's to where you can watch a game or whatever. The atmosphere is not too loud or crazy. If I am out on Cherry Street, this is normally a choice if a person is getting a later start, alone and/or cannot find seating elsewhere. It is just ok. I would recommend it as everyone likes different types of environments when they are going out for drinks. The appetizers are ok too but nothing out of the norm. This is just my personal opinion but another person may absolutely love the environment. I tend to like to go where the party is if that is what I am set out to do. This place is a bit more laid back and you can actually have drinks and good conversation at this place.

mediocre food, horible service

my wife and i were in tulsa and at about 3pm hunger hit us and as luck would have it we just stopped on 15th st. I asked a guy sitting in the back of a pickup about a good place to grab a bite and he advised that the white owl ,about 2 doors from us, was just pretty good. The man didn't lie. we had the pizza special ,actually 2 of them and they were great. thin crust and tasty toppings. .The waitress was super, as the food. can't ask for more . hope u like it as much as we did. good accidents do occur.
