Ever since the new ownership has taken over, the customer service has gone down the toilet. The staff does not follow up with you, doesn't keep their word and have even been rude. They are not willing to work with you on special requests. The maintenance service is absolutely awful; they are very slow at fixing your maintenance problems and they leave a mess when they're finished. If you leave a message with the answering service, you never receive a call back. I've had nothing but bad experiences with the new ownership and staff. The worst customer service I've ever had.

I have never been so unhappy anywhere I've ever lived! We had literally 6 parking spots for the whole side of our 3 bedroom apt building, w/ 15 different apts on our side alone.There is dog poop EVERYWHERE you walk, and on top of the ditziest and very poorly job trained girls who work there, we not once ever got the same answers from anyone regarding our rent prices and water bills. The workout facility is only available until 5, then you have to pay extra to use it any later. We have called the office and the police 1/2 a dozen times regarding the college monsters above us who wrestled so loudly they knocked things off our walls. Office did absolutely nothing about it, the loud neighbors even TOLD us they never heard anything from the office. Im talking 2-3 2am trips upstairs a week to knock on their door to complain, half of the time no answer bc the music was THAT LOUD. Kitchen has no kitchen sink hose, and both bathroom faucets and drains remained broken regardless of our complaints. My roommates bathtub actually broke and water spewed everywhere and was staines from standing water when we moved in. We also had an AWFUL leaking window that actually makes noise bc it leaks so much. We are now spending an extra $2200 to break our lease bc we are unable to sleep w/ the music and stomping that continues until 3 and 4 in the morning on weeknights. Upon speaking with my downstairs neighbors about us moving out and her disappointment, she griped about the neighbors 2 FLOORS ABOVE HER whom im speaking of,and how noisy and obnoxious they were, her leaky windows, and informed me she will be breaking her lease in a month to get out of this place. We agreed we ignored all the reviews to have the excellent view, but it's not worth it! She will actually be contacting the Case CEO and informing channel 2 about how horrible this place is.



As far as all the fake office filled out reviews, I wouldn't be surprised. When I moved in the were in in April of '13, they had a 35% satisfactory rating, 5 months later as we're moving out, they're at 68%? Doubt it. There's definitely a reason they don't post reviews on their own website.
