I wish I could elaborate.

This office has the worst drivers for North Tulsa. There is one postal worker that delivers out north once in a while and he refuses to leave mail if my door is open because one day my daughter was here with her dogs. Today I heard the mail truck coming so went outside to have a smoke and guess who was delivering mail in my area today. Yep the jerk that said that and as I was standing in front of the door he stopped, started to get out of his truck then saw me and got back in and drove off. I call that BAD service.
