We bought a car and within 72 hours of position it broke down 3 times took it to them within the 72 hours and they said that it was the battery and changed it, check engine light come on 2 blocks from their lot took it back and they said don't worry it will go out on its own, then it broke down saturdayb mornin on Hwy 44 at around 4:30am it was cold got it baxk to the lot by aboyt 9:30am and they said they sent it to the garage never happened till Monday morning at noon Monday the manager called my husband and stated that we had to pay for repairs. I think not there is a 72 hour law and they knew there was something wrong with the cat when they sold it to me. I have contacted a consumer attorney, and I'm calling the BBB, along with channel 2 Works for You I feel like I should not have to be plagued with the repairs beings I took it to them 3 times in 72 hours of taking position of the vehicle. Has any one else had this kind of trouble from this car lot?

beware of this car lot don't sine nothing just leave the sales people are the worst I got a car they will not fix it the price of a car there is as much as a new 1 the car I got is worth $500 the price when I got it is 12 thousand beware !!!!!

Everyone knows buy here pay here's are usually shady. As a person with poor credit, you expect it. Tulsa's Best Auto is literally Tulsa's WORST auto. They are the bottom feeders of the buy here pay here pool. Jeff the manager is by far one of the most unprofessional sales reps I've ever experienced. They taped my tag on to the car with scotch tape because they were too lazy to find a screwdriver and screws. Low and behold a week later is comes up missing. Upon requesting a new temp tag to replace the old one they refuse to help. At first it was a "there's nothing we can do sorry" after having to get hateful they replace it. Mind you this is after having to argue with the manager. Having the manager slam the door to his office in my face several times. Yelling at me, etc. Then come a week later when the payment is due. My husband calls to make a payment over the phone (this is a Friday). The debit card will not process over the phone. He explains to the lady he is out of town for a business call and cant make it into the office until at least Monday or Tuesday. She says that's not a problem. Gives him the mailing address to send in payment for the next payment and tells him to have a nice day. They repo the car Monday. The payment is technically 3 days late but he had called and made arrangements. It wasn't like he tried to skip out or anything. I call that morning to see what the deal is and how this could have happened. Jeff hangs up on me 4 different times without even bothering trying to answer my questions. I wasnt rude, I barely could even get a word out edge wise and he was attacking me or hanging up on me. My husband is finally able to get through to the finance company and no one knows whats going on but in order for him to get the car back they want 2 payments plus a $250 repossession fee. What!? I'm so sad and frustrated we even got involved with this business. Please don't be fooled by the "we finance everyone". À lot of reputable car lots will finance bad credit. Shop around and get a good deal. They aren't the only "buy here pay here" lot out there and with their way of treating customers they wont last.

Tulsa's Best Auto is truly the best!!! I had some issues when the economy went sour and let's just say my credit was less than perfect. I went to many dealerships in Tulsa including a bunch of buy here pay here lots and they either turned me away or I was treated horribly. I thought I was not going to be able to purchase a car. I decided to give it one last try and went to Tulsa's Best Auto. I wish I would have just gone there from the beginning. The staff was awesome. They went way beyond what they should have to make me feel like a normal person and help me get into my new car. Their inventory was great. They had a bunch of cars to choose from and their cars were nice. Not only did they get me done but they also got me a cheap payment and they report to the credit bureaus so I am rebuilding my credit at the same time. I have sent them all of my friends and family members that needed cars and they all had the same experience I did. I recommend them hands down to anyone that needs a car. Go see them first and save yourself a lot of time!!!

i can't believe how well i was treated at Tulsas Best Auto they where able to help me purchase and finance a vehicle fast and ez regardless of my bad past credit history.i will defenitely come back and recommend my friends and family here.

This is by far the worst auto business in tulsa and should be shut down. Over priced cars that are not worth a plug nickle.
