I began conversations with Richard Green Monday 3rd about a 2006 VW Jetta TDI VIN # 3VWST71K66M845141 , which was listed at 2995.Richard Green the sales guy said there was an issue with the muffler. He would fix it and contact me. On Tuesday 4th, I asked Richard Green, if he had fixed the muffler issues. And I indicated I would be interested in buying the car if they could fix the issue. At that point He said that he was not going to have his mechanic fix the problem because it was a cheap car. At that point I asked him what he thought it would cost to fix. He stated no more than $150, and “the was figuring high” quoted by Richard Green. At that point he discounted the price of the car to $2200. I agreed that I could get the muffler issues fixed and would buy the car. Wednesday, I went the shop at 6521 E 46th St Tulsa, OK 74145 to view and buy the car. We took the car for a test drive and we spoke more about the issues of the car. Richard Green again reassured me that the problem was a muffler or exhaust issue which would be cheap fix. I had friend with me and He clearly heard the Sales person, Richard Green, state the only issue was with the exhaust leak. At that point I agreed to buy the car and signed the “As Is” paper work. And paid $2200 Cash. As I was signing the paper work I told Richard Green I would be taking to get it fixed in the morning. Oct, 6th I took the VW 2006 Jetta TDI to B & M Custom Exhaust and Auto Repair and they looked that car did not locate a problem with the exhaust system on the car. He asked Bruski Autotechnik they looked the car over and saw that the issues are related to a bad cylinder and not a problem with the exhaust system . At that point at said “there is no returns I’m sorry. I asked Richard Green from call me back He stated he would call me after he finished looking at some cars. Richard Green did call back and said they will not be able to return the money and that is the chance you take when you buy a cheap car.

This business is very helpful and their service is outstanding!! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone purchasing a vehicle!
