I lived at Pythian Manor West while Cassie was the manager there. She could be tough if the situation called for it but I never once heard her cuss or tell a lie. I always got along with her very well and found her very pleasant and ready to crack a joke. I would suspect that the person who made the bad comments about her was someone she had to be tough with and who didn't like that she didn't get her own way about an issue. I can't comment on what the apartments are like at Pythian East because I have never seen them but I always liked Cassie and the way she treated people.
