When we moved into the Apache Manor complex of THA, we put up all our deposits that was required and was told when we moved out provided it was clean and not damaged, we'd get our deposits back. We moved out in May 2009 and instead of our deposit back we received a bill for $29. They decided to paint the townhouse top to bottom (It wasn't painted when we moved in...must be because we're white.) and used all our deposits and fees to pay for it, plus charge us for the remainder. So, if you move into a THA property, don't expect them to honor any of their promises. they're a bunch of cheaters!
