Their weight never matches mine. My scale is measures down to .01 gram. They consistently say gold tests 10k when It tests
14k for me (and yes, I do test) . The last time I was there I had 5, 10k emblems that were 2 tone (yellow and white gold marked 10k on back of white part). They said the white part (which was 6 out of the 7 grams total) was not gold and still tried to buy from me at 1 gram price. Not only were these marked ON THE WHITE PART but I tested them as well!!!
Needless to say, I walked out. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!

I will never walk in this dishonest place I will never tell anyone to go to this dishonest there advertisement saying they are the best and fairest in buying gold and silvers coin I just got out of the hospital from 26 day stay of a motocycle accident I was still on morphine and other pain meds I need some money to pay some of my bills and they guaranteed the best prices on my coins but they don't give you coin prices which lots higher than the gold and silver price but they get you to think they are giving you the best price it's ashamed they have to take advantage like this to get there money of us at time when we are at are lowest and need to pay some bills I had a neck brace and a arm brace and I even told the man I just got out of the hospital and they make you sign a paper at the time I learned this when I called and ask why the man on counter help I remember he said he was has just started 3 weeks before I came in they should train there employees better he knew I wasn't in my right fram of mind Anyway I will keep texting to bbb and others so other won't get taken BUT REMEMBER THEY ARE THE MOST HONEST AND GUARANTEED TO HAVE YOUR BEST PRICES FOR GOLD AND SILVER AND COIN PRICES AND HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST TULSA OKLAHOMA

Kind of a small thing, but it bothered me nonetheless. I offered to use my loose change jar of pres dollars, half's, and quarters to purchase silver coins and was refused. They want $2.50 over spot but don't want to do anything for it. Told me to take it to the bank and come back. I'll pass, got a better deal from SILVERTOWNE.com, Bullionexchanges.com, and apex.com. Sorry guys, there was over $500.00 in that change bag and it got spent elsewhere. Have a nice day

I went to Tulsa Gold & Silver seeing some good reviews. They had a security guard doing the testing on my 14 karat gold which he claims tested as 10 karat and it was even stamped 14k WTH!! Only offered me $200.00. I decided to go to Tulsa Gold & Gems and imagine that my 14k gold was 14k gold they offered me double. I definitely won't be going back to Tulsa Gold & Silver anytime soon, take my word and go to Tulsa Gold and Gems they know what their doing there and a lot more professional!!!

Took my mother's 1/2 to1 ct diamond engament ring to Tulsa Gold & Silver. The appraisal value was 3,800.00 to 4,000.00 and Mike who I thought could be trusted since we watched him doing the weather for years, only offered me 600.00 for the amost fawless solaire ring. Had to wait to be waited on longer than necessary, especailly since there was only 1 other person there, and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. They were not friendly or helpful. I will never go there again.

Needed to raise some cash so I went to this business. Did my research on the gold and silver values of the coins and jewelry I wanted to sell and I must say these folks were friendly and informative, explaining their offers in understandable terms. Bottom Line: I was paid very fair prices on all items sold. Overall rating: 5 stars
