One of the best companies I've done business with, would recommend to all family and friends!
Instead of stressing about how to take my TV down off the wall and into a shop, I paid 65 for the repair man to come to me It saved me a great amount of time, hassle, and stress. Not to mention they came the same day. To keep things short, my TV was inspected and parts were ordered. Two days later my TV was like new and the kids where once again happy.

Avoid this guy.

He’s very willing to show up immediately, collect a $75 service call fee, and tell you your TV needs more repairs/parts ordered/etc. Impossible to get him to call you back after that.

During the initial service call, he told me he’d call me the next day with an estimate on parts/labor costs.

No call the next day.

I called him a week later. He said the part was on order, and that he would call me the next day with a delivery estimate.

No call the next day.

I called him five days later, asking for the delivery estimate. He said the part hadn’t yet shipped, so a tracking number wasn’t available, but he’d call me the following Monday with an update.

No call the following Monday.

I gave up on repair and replaced the set instead.

It’s been over a month since the initial service call/repair order, and I’ve yet to hear from him. I doubt I actually will.

Do not use this man. He came to my house and took off the back of the tv and said I need a new part. Took my $55 service fee and will either not return my calls or answers the phone and says he will check on the part and will not call me back. It has been almost two months. When I called another tv repair company, I mentioned the situation and they asked it was a "Russian" guy and said they were hearing all kinds of bad things about this business. Stay away!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST !!! This place has had my television for 10 MONTHS. I repeatedly call and seldom get anyone to answer. On the rare occasion that I do get someone to answer, I am given the same run around each time. I've been told both that they can't find parts or that they ordered parts but that the parts didn't work so they had other parts on order. Not sure which is true ... probably neither. When I am able to get someone to answer, they invariably tell me that they will call me back at a certain day or time and they have NEVER followed through. I have now filed a complaint with the Tulsa Better Business Bureau. I have also obtained and filled out the required forms from the Tulsa County Clerk of Court's office for a small claims suit for theft of property. I will file them pending the response the Better Business Bureau gets from them. This is the WORST customer service I've experienced in all of my 54 years. It's a shame that I'm even required to give them 1 star.

We had some initial problems finding the part for our TV, but they were eventually able to find it and repair the TV at 1/20 the cost of a new TV.

I called the gentleman at 7:45 am, over an hour before the specified opening time. He answered and took my info with an estimate of arrival at noon. He called at 10 with a 15 minute warning, which was a pleasant surprise. He got right to work on 2 tvs that I had issues with. Turns out that the problems on both were with the cable and not the tvs themselves. One fix involved unplugging and rebooting the cable box, the other involved a faulty mini-box that requires Cox replacement. He was in and out in 20 minutes. The $75 charge was well worth the house call. The alternative would have been me unplugging and lugging both tvs to the shop, only to be told there was nothing determinably wrong with either. Definitely recommend his business.

They've had my tv for almost 2 weeks now and haven't returned it I call them 5 times everyday and never answer my calls but once and the guy said he'll call back but never did. I'm going to loose mind I have a feeling they stole it !!!
