This company, which also goes by the name Buffalo Home Service, did a good job when I first paid for the lifetime service agreement. They cleaned my carpets and cleaned air ducts and some spraying for weeds. However, they did not finish the weed spraying last fall (2017) and I called for estimates to do terracing in my front and back yard. Madison came to my house and said he would work up an estimate and I never heard back from him. That was approximately 8 months ago. I have called 4 times and no one returns my calls. I have also called about the weed spraying several times and still no word from them. He talked a big game when I was first sold the service agreement but they have not held up their end of the bargain. I have never had so much trouble with a company and finally resorted to this review, which I hate doing. I would not recommend this company. April 13, 2018

The owner Madison was so rude to me and my husband. I will never ever let these people in my house again. Two days after they left a couple jewelry pieces was missing and I'm positive they stole it. This guy is a con artist and will take as much money as he can from you. Do not let them do any work for you will regret it

This from a contractor we ran off a job. Why don't these sites require legitimate emails so these people can be held accountable for there comments.

Worst service!! Over charged me!! Had them clean my house a week ago and can't believe how rude the owner was when I called to tell them they didn't even finish a room I had told them to finish. Service agreement was $650 but I had got charged $1000 after all said and done. Worst service I've ever had, as will never refer them to anyone else

Worst company I've ever had do my carpets and air ducts. Guy named mike did it all and was horribly rude and didn't do a good job. The owner named Madison was even more rude screaming at him employees right in front of his customers. I would recommend to get cleaning done by someone else because Madison the owner is not professional at all and tried to charge me for more than what was said. Just a bad experience overall. Don't waste your time. Shame on this company.
