I adopted a dog from the Tulsa Animal Shelter and he is the most wonderful dog. I want to thank you for all you do for the animals. I am very glad I went to the shelter and rescued Shaggy. He is the best addition to my family that I could ever ask for. Thank you very much!!

I tried to adopt a dog from the SPCA. They told me to bring the whole family up there to pick out a dog. When we decided on the one we wanted we went in and filled out the application. The called my references, my vet... then I was told I could not adopt a DOG because I wasn't able to locate all my cats past shots records! Ridiculous! My kids were devasted! After telling a few people what had happened two other people told me they had also tried to adopt and were giving crazy reasons why the were not able to. Don't waste your time going to this shelter it is a joke!
