Friendly people here and not snooty like many other shops in Tulsa. I didn't buy my first bike from them but was glad I bought my second bike there. I love my Trek and Lee's knows how to care for it!

This is a remarkably well run store. Everyone is helpful & friendly. Everyone is also 100% competent in being able to explain all dimensions of cycling to you & they are so very helpful in helping you make decisions that fit your needs. Such a friendly place. When I choose to let go of some of my money, this is how I want to be treated. I love to go into this store!

Be careful who you talk to. They try to tell you that only they can understand how to make minor adjustments on your bike. Both times I went there to look and possibly buy a bike they drove me away by trying to convince me to buy something WAY out of my range by saying whatever I was looking at wasn't that great (if it wasn't that great than why are they selling it?) They also price gouge. They showed me their dealer page with a new shoe they were going to be getting and the price they paid price was listed as $50 and they were selling it to the customers for $99.99. Some of their employees are nice and laid back others are not.
