They ignore maintenance requests and expect you to deal with roach problems. Would not recommend to any one.

I'm a current resident, have lived here happily for two months. It's quiet and in a really convenient location. I can run to reasors whenever I want and it's close to my gym. The apartment I moved into has new appliances and had been redone before I moved in, clean and a cozy studio. Quiet. I had to place one minor work order and it was fixed the same day. I think management changed over in the past few months.

cheap but funky, takes months to fix little things,teenager shot and killed outside my apt. avoid at all costs, cheap rent but shady neighbors/leasing agents
