Last year, I went to get my prom dress taken in. She had taken it in so much, that it ended up ripping and ruining my dress. I went back in this year, hoping it would turn out better. I gave her two weeks to do my dress, went in at te scheduled time (I had to get off work) to get it, and low and behold, she had forgotten about it completely! She hadn't done one thing to the dress. Completely unprofessional, worst experience I've ever had. Won't be going back

I took my formal dress to be altered, hemmed and modified. He did a wonderful job, the result was so much better then I expected !
