This is in response to the lady esta254. If I understood your review you carried merchandise into the store. Bought a box that they sale at retail, didn't like the price but bought it anyway. You seemed to imply that you thought it inconvenient that they would not box your merchandise for you for free or use their tape and packing material, for free.

Then you struggled to place the item on the counter. You said they were doing something else or looking at something else, and didn't help you. You never said that you asked anyone to help you. I'm guessing you don't own a business. Sounds like you wanted someone to bring your package in from your car, provide you with a box, box it for you using their materials and resources, all for free. The Post Office doesn't do those things why do you expect a retail store to do them. I've used this location for eleven years now. I'm a small business owner. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and have many times.

I will never return to this UPS Store, they are the most unfriendly and rude people I have delt with in a long time. I had been going there for some time since I regularly ship packages to my son and everytime I have been there, I was made to feel like I was not welcome. At first I thought to myself, well maybe they had a bad day, but the next time was even worse, then I thought well mybe they were just plain tired.

Each time was the same, no help, no smile, no friendlyness, I felt like they just wanted me to hurry up and get out of there. This last time was the worst, I purchased an over priced box to begin with and then I was packing my items in the box because I did not want to be charged $10,00 like they did last time without telling me. When I explained I would put my items in the box, I was given a dirty look, and then he had the nerve to ask me if was going to use MY OWN TAPE OR DID HE HAVE TO USE HIS TAPE to seel the box. I just looked at him and said that I had thought about bringing my own tape but did not (which is true). Then I was struggling to pick the box off the floor to set it on the scale to be weighted, the store manager and the male employee were both standing behind the counter looking at something. As I was struggling with the box, it was a big box, there at the very end he just lifted it a little to center it on the scale and then he commented the box wieghted 60 lbs. I felt that he could have assisted me lifting the box off the floor as I am 57 yrs old. As I left I thought to myself I will never return here again! I am willing to drive further in order to get better customer service. If they do not like dealing with people they should find another line of business.

I was treated very rudely by the store owner at 1611 S Utica, Tulsa, OK 74104. He even told me he had wasted to much time on someone that he was not making money on. I have a whole story about this customer experience that I will be forwarding to all my friends and family. It's much too long to write in this review but I can assure you that this store will not ever get any of my money.
