What a joke! Had to wait two days on a motor that I was assured would be ready two days earlier. Turns out they sold me a trash motor that had two dead cylinders. They couldn't even tell me which motor was sold to me or if it was even one that I found on car-parts.com. The manager said the'd replace it but didn't have another one that would start as I requested. After numerous calls I finally got a refund. Sadly, he had to ask his employees for the money to cover the refund.



Also, the forklift driver rammed my brother's truck with the forklift. After he hit my brother's truck he literally ran to the office and left the forklift running and unattended. The manager wouldn't even come out and look at the damage on my brother's truck. He sent another guy out as he hid behind the counter.



I sent four emails that all went unanswered throughout the whole process that took place from 7-22-15 until 8-11-15. I can assure you that I won't buy anything from them simply based on the lack of professionalism and arrogance of the manager.



As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. By all means, take your money and chances elsewhere. This place ended up costing me more money and no telling how much time. Superior is defined as having high standard or quality. Ha! Not this place.

i was in a tight spot when my motor blew in my car a 2001 malibu.. Fred helped me get another motor and i am back on the road. I would reccomend this business to anyone i know and all my famliy memebers..thank you

Found engine for rodeo on craigslist, was promised 87k motor from isuzu rodeo, was given a motor from a Passport, that hit 94k in 2003 on CarFax. Informed them and they said it was not their problem. I should have been concerned when they had me wait to pull the engine, then when showed up 2 hrs later to get engine asked to see car, and they said it already had been destroyed. (odd...in two hours?) I should have walked away then, but drove from OKC, so took it anyway. Motor never did run correct, paid certified mechanic to install, and he messed with it for 43 days from purchase, (intakes, heads, all sensors, 90lbs in one cylinder; in attempt to get it running without having to pull engine and drive back to Tulsa)



Bottom line I went over their 30 day policy, bad on me. They lied to me from the start, and sold me a different motor, and will not honor it. Bad on them.



Honest Experience, would loved to have given a good review...but, beware.

This salvage yard sucks! I called for a part and asked if they pull it for me for when I arrived later (4 hours) that day. The guy said they will only pull the part after I had paid for it. I asked if I could pay for it over the phone would they pull it and have it ready. The guy agreed to do it and call me if there was a problem. 5 hours later I arrived and they didn't pull the part and I had to come back later. After bring up that I bought the part early that morning and I would like some kind of reimbursement for my time. The guy said there was nothing he could do and didn't help me out. I also saw 2 others bring back wrong parts back in that were sold to them. I'll never go back to this place they rip people off.

Best place in Tulsa for parts! I love the prices and the staff are great guys...waiting area is clean and cool! Pulled my parts and gave me the deal of the century, couldn't ask for more. I'll definitely shop here again..you should too!
